Much needed road win today against the Packers. The 35-0 win was contributed by Brady an the defense. With the Jets losing today, we move another game up on them, which was big cause the Jets an easy schedule for the rest of the season, as we still have a few hard games left. Next weeks home game against the bears will be the toughest test of the season.
Back to today’s, Brady completed 20 out of his 31 attempts for 224 yards an four touchdowns. And a big key for Brady today was the fact he had no interceptions, but did fumble once. Maroney was the leading rusher of the game with 82 yards on 19 attempts with no touchdowns. Dillon had a decent game with 31 yards on 12 attempts an 1 touchdown. Tight end Benjamin Watson was the leading receiver with 74 yards on 5 catches an one touchdown. Reche Caldwell was the second leading receiver with 70 yards on three acceptations with a huge 54 yard gain an one TD.
Not much to say about the defense other then they played a superb game. The defense held Brett Farve who was probable for today’s game with 5 completions on 15 attempts for only 73 yards. Backup quarterback Aaron Rodgers competed 4 on 12 attempts with a total of 32 yards. The rushing defense also did good holding Ahman Green to only 28 yards on 13 carries. Teddy Bruschi and Mike Vrabel had good games with 5 tackles for both, with colvin adding 3 of his own. Overall today was a great game, an it was about time coming off of two losses.
