Some bad news to report today. Tedy Bruschi hurt his wrist his in training camp Monday morning session and was forced to miss both practices yesterday. Nobody is sure yet if it’s a fracture or his wrist is broken, but Bruschi will be put in a cast or splint for a weak until a more definitive prognosis is reached.
The some-what good news is if the wrist is broken that it’s a minor break. He has had to overcome bigger challenges then this, as this would be his first full season back after his stroke. I doubt that bruschi will not be starting opening day as the Pats are thin at middle linebacker, but I also wouldn’t be shocked if he missed a few pre-season games.
